When I think about it, I'm a healthy eater for the most part. I keep my diet low in fat, I don't eat fried food, I NEVER eat fast food, and I consume extreme amounts of fresh produce and fiber. My one down fall is sweets. I have a sweet tooth big time! Over the past two months I've learned to control this as much as possible, focusing on yogurt instead of ice cream and low fat / low cal choices. Oreos are now banned from my cupboard!
