to inspire those that are searching, I believe through running all things can happen.
They that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:31

I'm not a "runner"
Over the years, I've realized that there are some people that were born to run. There bodies are made for it. Wesly Ngetich (God rest his soul) is a perfect example of this. He ran the full marathon in less time it took me to run the half. With this, I have to say that running isn't about how fast your are, for me it's not anyway. I have come to terms with my "slow and steady" pace as I like to call it. I'm comfortable with how I am, and I don't compare myself to other runners. I feel that if you do this, you're just putting unnecessary stress on yourself. Just run to run; because you can.
